All of the synovial joints, especially the weight-bearing joints that support the body, contain viscoelastic hyaluronic acid.
This substance has lubricating and anti-shock properties. A reduction in stress on the cartilage allows it to regenerate and thus reduce the progression of osteoarthritis.
Hyaflex Forte is recommended for the treatment of joint pain or stiffness resulting from degenerative or post-traumatic osteoarthritis in the knee as a replacement or in combination with traditional non-pharmacological therapy or analgesic treatment.
The hyaluronic acid contained in Hyaflex Forte is a natural polysaccharide derived from microorganisms (Streptococcus zooepidemicus) and then purified.
Hyaflex Forte is injected into the joint cavity to restore synovial fluid.
