Key Account Manager – Centralised Retail and Online Pharmacies

Until June 2024, it was a third-generation family-owned business. Your impact in this role
As Key Account Manager, you will be at the heart of Trenker’s retail & e-commerce strategy. In a market where pharmacy chains and online platforms are booming, you take full ownership of key accounts such as MediMarket, Newpharma and Farmaline. You’ll shape strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and unlock white space opportunities with full P&L responsibility.
Key responsibilities
- Drive strategic key accounts: Build joint business plans, negotiate annual terms, and lead omnichannel execution.
- Grow the business: Own revenue targets and category performance in centralised retail & e-pharmacy.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration: Align with Sales, Marketing, and Supply to deliver seamless execution.
- Maximise profitability: Apply RGM levers (e.g. promotions, pricing, ROI) to unlock sustainable value.
- Bring the customer voice inside: Ensure retailer insights shape innovation and commercial decisions.
What you bring
- 10+ years experience in FMCG, Pharma or Consumer Health
- Strong track record in Key Account Management or Retail Negotiations
- Strategic thinking with solid P&L ownership experience
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Comfortable navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, and thinking long term
