We are looking for...

...a Digital & Content Officer who will be responsible for part of our company’s digital communications. He/She will be an integral part of the Communications/Marketing Department, with its dynamic and growing team. Under the supervision of the Communications Team Leader, the Digital & Content Officer will be responsible for interactions on social media and managing editorial and visual content, mainly for the different websites, email campaigns and social media.

 

In this role, you will therefore mainly be in charge of the following:

  • Managing our various product and corporate pages on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram): creating dynamic content (copywriting, images, infographics, videos, etc.) in collaboration with our in-house graphic designers

  • Managing and analysing promotional campaigns on our social networks

  • Identifying and partnering with influencers

  • Creating an editorial calendar and writing content for our various platforms: product websites, corporate website and social media.

  • Managing the company’s relationship with web users

  • Helping create new methods of digital communication to communicate with the company’s customers and partners

  • Helping implement an online marketing strategy (inbound marketing) and implementing the SEO/SEA strategy

  • Publishing content on the various online platforms

  • Managing translation and revision with our internal legal department

  • Creating newsletters for our various marketing campaigns

  • Carrying out a competitor watch

 

We are therefore looking for a candidate who:

  • Is passionate about digital and new technologies

  • Holds a Master's degree in Communications/Marketing (preferably digital)

  • Is trilingual (French, Dutch and English)

 

… and who possesses the following:

  • More than one year’s experience in a similar position or has recently graduated

  • Mastery of social networks and web 2.0 tools

  • Knowledge of platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp and CMS (Wordpress)

  • Knowledge of Adobe software (Indesign, Photoshop, Adobe Première Pro, Illustrator) and Canva is an advantage

  • The creation of HTML 5 banners is an advantage

  • Knowledge of SEO writing techniques and inbound marketing principles

  • Good writing and summarising skills

  • A demonstrable first experience in influence marketing is an asset

  • Impeccable spelling skills

  • Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills; have the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines

  • Take initiative and act proactively, with enthusiasm and creativity

  • Know how to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
