Properties
Joints that are often stimulated, tend to lose their flexibility and to become more sensitive.
EQUICARTIL contains glucosamine hydrochloride and chondroitin sulphate.
Cartilage contains important amounts of glucosamine which is an aminosaccharide, a basic substance required in the construction of cartilage. It acts in the synthesis of collagen, a rigid matrix that provides the structure of cartilage.
Chondroitin sulphate is an essential component in the maintenance of joint structure and function. It is the most abundant glycosaminoglycan in the skeleton.
